As we look forward to the exciting growth to occur in 2007, let us catch you up on the major construction and development projects Bay Club finished during the past year. The bayside trail is in place, offering over a mile of peaceful waterfront for quiet strolls in the shade with your family. Construction is set for completion this February on the spectacular new resort-style pool, complete with waterfalls, lounge area and a hot tub, all with stunning views of the water. There’s also an exciting new look to the beachfront. We recently landscaped the waterfront area, adding more than 80 palm trees to help enhance the exotic getaway feel, while nearly 30 beautiful oak trees will help keep that Bayside Texas spirit.

Construction within the Bay Club development has been moving along quickly, as well. The roadway through Bay Club has been marked out and cleared, and construction will soon be under way on the road, curbs, and water system throughout the community.

And we’re excited to announce that construction will begin on the first four Bay Club homes this summer. These four lucky families are set to enjoy their new Bay Club residences later this year.
