Bay Club’s Exclusive Preview Events

Three nights, three cities, three exciting preview events gave guests a taste of Bay Club Living. Bay Club at Falcon Point Ranch hosted a series of invitation-only events at the Four Seasons in Austin, La Cantera in San Antonio and the Houstonian Hotel and Spa in Houston, giving more than 300 attendees a chance to see why this is fast becoming the next great destination on the Texas Coast.

These events gave prospective owners and residents a chance to learn about the exclusive Bay Club privately gated community first-hand from the development and sales team members. After a reception with dinner and drinks, guests were treated to a presentation and video, explaining the strong market and limited opportunity, the unique location and the community’s exclusive reservation program.

After the presentation, attendees were among the first prospects invited to take part in the Priority Reservation Program. These reservations serve to hold a client’s position in the first-come, first-served sales process while allowing them time to collect all the pertinent information needed to make an educated purchase. Reservation-holders will also be invited to take part in the exciting Priority Selection Event, the community’s official launch party set to take place in late spring or early summer. Reservation-holders will have a chance to select their homesites in Bay Club, while enjoying live music, fantastic food and drinks, boat and ranch tours, and much more.
