We closed out 2006 with Phase One of the Bay Club community 100% sold out. Phase Two is 90% sold—with more than half the homesites going within two months of their release. Later this spring, we will release the third and FINAL phase of Bay Club, with an exclusive Priority Selection Event. During the event, reservation holders will have an opportunity to select their new waterfront homesites in the final phase of Bay Club at Falcon Point Ranch.
